Nathan’s journey in the building industry began with cabinet making, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a strong foundation in craftsmanship. His passion for construction soon led him to expand his skill set, progressing into carpentry and eventually becoming a licensed builder.

With years of hands-on experience and a dedication to quality, Nathan established his own building business in 2015. Since then, he has built a solid reputation for delivering well-crafted, reliable, and client-focused building solutions across a wide range of projects—from custom renovations to new builds.

Nathan brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every job, backed by a deep understanding of materials, design, and construction processes. His leadership on-site is guided by clear communication, strong values, and a genuine commitment to helping clients bring their visions to life.

Whether he’s managing a full build or providing guidance to his growing team, Nathan’s experience, professionalism, and passion for the trade are evident in every project.

Chris brings over 38 years of experience in the building industry, with a depth of knowledge that comes from working across a wide range of projects. As Foreman, he plays a key role in overseeing site operations, ensuring each job runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.

Known for his attention to detail and strong leadership, Chris takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and guiding the team on site. He has a practical, hands-on approach and is committed to maintaining clear communication with both the crew and clients throughout each stage of the build.

With decades of experience behind him, Chris is a highly respected and trusted member of the NPR team, consistently delivering reliable results and helping bring each project together seamlessly.

Jacob began his carpentry journey in 2017, undertaking a hands-on apprenticeship that he successfully completed in 2022. Now a fully qualified carpenter, Jacob brings to every project a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the trade.

From the outset, Jacob has demonstrated a keen desire to learn and grow, not only mastering the technical skills of carpentry but also embracing opportunities to expand his knowledge—often going above and beyond expectations. This was evident early on when he took initiative by working alongside his father, Nathan, on extensive renovations to their family home, gaining valuable real-world experience beyond the scope of his formal training.

Today, Jacob continues to build his reputation as a reliable, skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. His recent projects have also highlighted his growing leadership capabilities, as he steps confidently into roles that require planning, coordination, and mentoring of younger apprentices.

Whether he's working independently or as part of a team, Jacob brings integrity, initiative, and craftsmanship to every job.

Luke began his carpentry career with a school-based apprenticeship in early 2023, demonstrating a strong commitment to the trade from a young age. His enthusiasm and aptitude quickly stood out, leading him to transition into a full-time apprenticeship by the end of that same year.

Since then, Luke has continued to develop his skills and knowledge on-site, showing a great willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed. He approaches each task with focus, energy, and a positive attitude, making him a valued member of the team.

Luke’s early start and proactive approach set a solid foundation for a promising career in carpentry. As he continues his training, he is gaining valuable hands-on experience and steadily building confidence in both his technical ability and understanding of the industry.

Sam began his carpentry journey in 2026. Commencing with NPR Building Services this year.  

Sam is currently completing his carpentry apprenticeship, bringing a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for the building trade. From the outset, he has shown a willingness to learn, taking pride in developing his skills and contributing to each project on site.

Working alongside the experienced NPR team, Sam is building a solid foundation in all aspects of construction, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of quality workmanship and attention to detail. He approaches every task with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing things properly.

As he continues to grow in his role, Sam is becoming a reliable and valued member of the team, with a promising future in the industry.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and administration, Megan is the backbone of the business's internal operations. Her expertise ensures the smooth running of day-to-day processes, from managing accounts to maintaining accurate records and supporting the team behind the scenes.

Megan’s strengths lie in her attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to keep things running efficiently. She plays a vital role in overseeing financial systems, tracking project documentation, and ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.

Her steady, reliable presence helps create a strong foundation for the business, allowing the on-site team to focus on building while she keeps everything on track in the office.
